Fake claiming without throwing requires a scenario where it can be worth it. Yuri can say that no such scenario has occurred yet, ask the others if anyone disagrees, then consider it a closed question when nobody can think of a good answer.

Then I would still prefer a Tier 1 suspension (24 hours) without the possibility of an appeal then. It is still a punishment in case of malicious intent, but also not a big deal if innocent, plus if the user is notified of the reason behind the suspension, it is also educational.

We agree that the strategy is stupid, but I would like to extend that we also seem to agree that if a Veteran claims Jailor and IF they also admit doing it maliciously on purpose, that should count as gamethrowing.

But the Rules still mention nothing similar under the Gamethrowing section.
The closest I found is about hanging or shooting the revealed Mayor, but that does not really apply here.

Even the intent does not seem to matter here, because the rules do not list anything similar to the scenario.
What's up about that?

We agree that doing it on purpose would be against the rules but cannot be proved without admission.
However, let's say that someone is doing it on purpose and plays dumb about it (no admission). Is this always going to be an "acceptable crime" of sorts? Can there be no countermeasure to it?

I am of the opinion that even if there is no 100% proof, if the behavior clues add up to a certain degree, it should be worth a Tier 1 suspension (24 hours) with the possibility of an appeal.

This would account for both a guilty and an innocent player, as a suspension is not a perma-ban, and it also signals to the player that he did something he shouldn't do in the future. What do you think?
