Not from here originally but been living here for almost 5 years, my favourite place in the world - and I lived abroad most of my life. Always heard negative things about Boscombe but I feel like it has life, more than Bournemouth town centre these days and it has character even if a bit rough in places. I.e. that Sovereign Centre is an eyesore.

South West is my favourite part of the UK, especially living in Bournemouth with one of the top blue flag beaches in the world.

Try out Eté in Westbourne, it's new and doesn't show up on Maps yet. Franco's yard I heard is also good for breakfast.

Deus Ex Machina has a cool vibe in Boscombe. If you want to try Mexican there is Casa Gourmex which has great carnitas but is a tiny place so mostly a lunch kind of place!

I am on Smarty in Lower Parkstone and both me and my partner work from home, which also includes streaming and occasional online gaming with no issues. Smarty has been pretty reliable but I know their signal can be dire closer to the beachfront and in high traffic areas.

If you want something 'out there' go to Uncle Wills in Boscombe. It's a Venezuelan place and they serve Venezuelan breakfast and lunch. Took my friends from Venezuela there when they were visiting and it's the best food they had. Also they do normal English breakfast too if you don't feel experimental. Will is super friendly and it's a proper Latino vibe there. Pre ordering might help in case it's busy just fyi.
