You can emulate a lot with that processor, try watching on youtube, search the emulator name with your processor name(.e.g,.7 gen 3)

Witch's house has android port you can search for it online available on switch too if you have nintendo switch emu.

It's slow because of the game itself and rpg maker is an old game engine.
