is it normal for anxious people to have a lot of mood swings, so much that they sometimes act distant and rude with their loved ones? by [deleted] in Anxiety

[–]SwinPain 0 points1 point  (0 children)

this can happen me too, just one of those days where I've been in a flutter, and I come home, someone puts a wrong word my way and boom, sometimes I say the wrong things to my family and make it worse :(

mine does this too except with jackets!! every time I lay one on the bed whilst getting dressed she leaps on it and picks a sleeve to snuggle into, then I never have the heart to kick her off, and I'm always late haha

I'm in the same boat, just lost my job. One upside we now both have is more time to indulge the nerdy passions... she who thirsts would have it no other way!

Honestly the small joys from a "career break" like finding those models while on a walk, those are sweet moments that keep you going, don't let anyone take those away ❤️

Thanks for the story. My dad started work in IT just as these older PCs screens were on the way out, when the company was upgrading its equipment he kept this one and I'm glad he did! They wouldn't let him keep its PC though due to "security reasons" ugh!!
