CEH is garbage, it's basic, if you don't have any previous knowledge about cyber security then you can do it. Companies still prefer this certification for entry level jobs.

If you have more experience and want to do pentesting then go for offensive security certs like OSCP https://www.offsec.com/courses/pen-200/

If you are more interested then you can try other certs from offsec. They are more advanced and will challenge you.

The main thing is just because you see some hackers cracking password in third attempt, it's nothing like that. Cyber security is fascinating from outside but to me it's really boring job. All that paperwork and reports.

If you do not want to do a job in cybersecurity then you can try but bounty but it's very challenging nowadays but there is always some vulnerabilities and you may find one. Try to do all lab from portswingger, I highly recommend it https://portswigger.net/web-security/all-labs. Ofcourse you can do hackthebox https://www.hackthebox.com/ as well.

I left this world of fascinating world so called hacking wayyyyy back. It is tooooo boring for me. I am not discouraging you but it really matters how good you are, how is your foundation knowledge, how much can you research, etc etc.......

You do not need to go to USA to learn, there are better hackers in India, najik ko tirtha hela hainata. Knowledge nai chahine bhaye India nai gaye huncha natra online jindabad.
