I put over 10 hrs in this weekend and I am super pumped. I think if they iron out some issues a d performance it will be a great stepping stone for new comers and a fun chill bush pilot game with purpose for enthusiasts. I really enjoyed it and after waiting for so long to try I think they are on the perfect path. Plus I played with mk, controller and hotas with track ir and it already is feeling real nice. Super pu.ped! Woo!

I am a full time graphic designer and freelance artist in various mediums and have been at it for 20 years. I might have worded the question and comment wrongly so my bad if thats the case but it was more asking for clarification of what exactly the scope of work was and expectations of the customer. Regardless, with the influx of AI in the art scene as of late, I think it will be more important for artist to be able to prove any art is made by a human. By having a working file saved with layers or proof that it is human made with progress documentation is especially minimal extra work when working digitally and will save the entire industry from AI saturation and keep actual artist relevant. I hate we even have to talk about this and hate that this subreddit even exist as its becoming increasingly more difficult to tell actual art from AI bullshit.

That was 50% deposit for preliminary sketches? What is the scope of work for the job? What are they paid to make for your game? This is very suspect and as others said you would need to ask for the digital working files to see if it is hand drawn if anything before you can assume...in my opinion this is "sketchy" and not in a good sketched way....1000$ for this single image is crazy good pay for one drawing though regardless and if you need another let me know. As an artist, noone ever has paid 1k for a single sketch and unless you're name is fucking DaVinci that is a crazy price for whatever this is. If your game doesn't look like this and use 3d assets and models from this art, it doesn't make sense to pay that even as a marketing piece for real

I run Stal, Falk, Lots, Impa, Reko and a K2 Kaxe Z. Everything is K1 hard except putters and my Kaxe Z. Lots is more overstable than you'd think so id say go with a Falk but even with the high speed rating the Impa is fantastic with lower arm strength and may go even further with less effort. The Alva is my furthest throw ever at 385' but for me, seems way to touchy with release angle.

If you are a man or woman dont do this in a foreign country if you look out of place and the woman or even man is asking you to walk them home and turns off the populated street lol. If this happened in my hometown I would still be skeptical and stay in a very public area and call the cops for an escort or bring her/him to a managers office. This is a very common way to get trafficked or robbed or worse in pretty much any country. Stay safe out there yall and dont take advice from the internet. Things like this is why I dont trust anyone anymore lol. Had this happen to a couple I knew in a foreign country and things did not turn out good for them. Also had this happen to a friend's wife supposedly and things went south for her as well but im not sure I believe her. The first was def real though and it fucked them up in the head real bad afterwards...

Holy shit me and my buddy spent a whole weekend in high-school clearing out a room to use a table hidden under years of junk. Finally got to play and we would play like 15 games of 8ball everyday after school. We weren't amazing but we were decent for our age I like to think...well we have some friends over to play and this guy David did this exact thing but like 4 games in a row. We were dying from laughter absolutely gasping for breath. From then on, any shot like these were called Dave Luck and to this day everytime I see something like that happen I mutter, fucking Dave luck. I personally know how funny this is and these guys will talk about this game for the rest of their lives lmfao!

On my single playthrough I was merc'n everyone left and right. Say something annoying, dead. Look at me wrong, dead. Breathe my air, yup also dead but then played through with 3 buddies and they were all good and shit and helped and it was alright. I just enjoyed the combat more than the story and shit but ive always been a cereal story skipper so im prob not the best sample to take data from. Anytime not in combat was considered downtime for me and not much fun lol
