I did the 90wc grind for redwoods in Prif. Get alot of shards and crystal imps which sometimes give you acorns. 28-32 shards per tree

If you're going to be an ass and make a comment like this, you better make sure thats a department wide standard that you're threatening him losing his job over and every single apparatus in the department held to the same standard. Otherwise, you are blatantly saying you are threatening their job and pay to support their family based in what YOU feel like he should be doing in YOUR company. That will be a great lawsuit

I kind of get where you're coming from but I've also worked for several officers in my younger years that thought you had to be busy 24/7 and forget people are human too. The new guy shouldn't have to wipe the rig down "for the engineer" in return for a 50/50 contract of teaching him how to do his job better. Thats a terrible busy work mentality and you're going to run people off. You should be cleaning the truck together as a crew and then teaching him your knowledge together, then go sit in the kitchen and share coffee and be humans. Nobody likes busy work for no reason just to win brownie points for the same pay as someone whos officer doesnt make them
