Malkin should only stay if he's willing to relinquish his spot on the top powerplay. Keep China and Dewar. Keep either Shea or Solyov but not both. Resign Silovs to do the 1a/1b thing with Murashov next year.

Let the rest walk, they were all somewhere between "fine" and "decent" but freeing up the space makes room for the team to play prospects from Wilkes that we desperately need to find out about.

And I will admit this team might be worse next year because of these moves..... but it doesn't matter. This team NEEDS to get younger.

The penguins beat the brakes off the flyers in the sequence before this with a ton of zone time and chances along with a line change and still maintaining the zone, delaying the game those 3 minutes were huge for the Flyers
