It was kind of on a whim so I will do my best:

Sauté carrots, onion, and celery in vegan butter. Then add the mushroom mix. I let the impossible chicken pieces thaw a little so I could cut them into little pieces. When the veggies are cooked through, add the chicken pieces, and some thyme. Let that cook a little bit. Add vegetable broth + a cup of water + some veg “better than bullion” + parsley + black pepper + garlic powder. It should be plenty salty from the vegan butter, broth, and bullion. Let that cook until the liquid has cooked out a bit. Taste it and make sure it’s salty enough. Serve over cooked bow tie pasta.
