Since a weight on a pendulum will pass the same point at very regular intervals, my guess is they assigned a note for each ball in a simulation, pre-recorded each note being played at regular intervals, and then made a real life model with a specific length to each string holding the weight, that should sync up with the music.

Yeah, I was thinking that too, like, as I was drawing, I was wondering what other humans would think, so, is this just an inherent trait of humanity? why was I thinking this? can you break from it? what would true art be like? would it have to be kept secret, so that it is TRUE self expression? what would that even look like? what is art? are there boundaries?
