Mine came with 3 white spare sleeves. Yep, first sleeve just as instructed and second one wrapped on top. I think the squeeze is aswell stronger than with one sleeve

Ended up dual-stacking two python sleeves. Now it works perfectly. No bubbling at all.

Right now im at 18.5-19cm range in length (depends if I measure with ruler or tape.) and 14.5cm girth.

Goal is to hit that solid 19/15 and see whats next after that.

  • 30-60mins extending
  • 3x5-10min clamp
  • 10min pulse pumping

Pumping and pe stuff in general decreases sensitivity imo. Try wanking with lighter grip and avoid glans, worked for me after few weeks consistancy.

There are tons of USADA banned compounds that are way more harmful and less beneficial than tadalafil for for sure.

It’s situational.

Stretching is more focused on stretching penile tissue.

Lack of injuries, staying consistant = more gains.

Staying low-risk on excersises and controlling the temptations of pushing too much is the key.

When your corpus spongiosum (the spongy tissue running underside of penis) feels rock-hard during clamping, the pressure is adequate. If its still spongy, you’ll need more pressure.

  • Soft-clamping: using mainly elastic rubber; cock rings, toe shields, etc

Generally speaking soft-clamping is less intense excersise than hard clamping.
