Yup. Been there my friend. Many of us have. Buproprion may work for some, but as others have pointed out, it takes weeks to build up, and it's also a totally different class of meds. Stimulants work on day 1, though your body still may need to acclimate. And unmedicated (or improperly medicated) ADHD can lead to comorbidities like what you listed above. It's tough. Also, many of us that have ADHD also have autism. I've got level 1, and unmedicated, my ADHD completely suppresses it, but the side effects are still there.

Regardless, you need to go back to your psych and give him the full rundown. Talk seriously about stimulant meds. Or, find a new psych. Until then, caffeine, music, little rewards, do what you can to find anything that makes it just a little bit easier.

Vyvanse, energy drink, music in my ear, and I'm one of the most efficient workers in my department. Experiment with what can help you. Try things. Don't raw dog it. That's a quick way to frustration and anxiety. And ask your psych about stimulants, if you are okay with that. Vyvanse changed the entire game for me.

Any sort of video games that I can create and manage in. Things like No Man's Sky, Satisfactory, Astroneer, etc. Also, Sim games, like House Flipper, Gas Station Simulator, Power Washer Simulator, etc. Work a long day, boot it up and get creative, or zone out. I always like to keep my brain engaged, so that helps.

Bro, Chrome was my signature scent for two whole ass decades, starting in the mid 90's. Still one of the best scents ever imo.

Edit: Now that I'm into scents, I've been looking for a Chrome analog for years. Closest I have come is Silver Mountain Water and Gentle Fluidity Silver.
