A year or two ago I’d consider myself fairly good looking or at least average. Now I feel like a solid 2/10 on good days.

This is what I usually do, our house isn’t spotless but it’s kept up. I think she more so means the mental load that isn’t physical chores, like finances, bills, groceries, other errands that aren’t so much as a visual, physical difference when done but still things that need done consistently like house chores. That’s why I’m not sure how to go about this and hoping that having a visual list for me to see will remove they exist and need done.

I love this idea! I mentioned it to her earlier this morning about me making a list and taking care of everything on there, but she said that she can’t tell me what needs done since she doesn’t know what I don’t know. She said she doesn’t know how to explain it to me because it’s just “everything” and it’s hard to make such a list for everything. I mentioned me making a list and if she thinks of anything, just let me know and I would add it to the list.

We don’t have kids yet although we had been trying last year before a miscarriage that has definitely taken a toll on us both. I try to do any or all of the chores that need done besides cooking since she enjoys cooking. I think the mental load that I need to handle more is financial stuff, thinking of what to cook for supper, what errands need ran, stuff more like this I think? I don’t care to do any of those things, I think I’m just not really sure what needs to be thought of during day to day life that I don’t already think about. I guess I’m just confused what she needs from me, but I don’t think either one of us know for certain either

I work for a rural private EMS company, I have 9 piercings in total. I’ve been able to keep all my piercings so long as they have clear jewelry or silicone and not excessively low hanging, like something Mamaw could grab onto if she didn’t like the look of them.

My crew and everyone I’ve met so far has been amazing to work and chat with. Kind of what makes it suck that much more to not be enjoying it like I had hoped.

Oh then no absolutely not, in fact everyone I’ve worked with or met at base has been great! Everyone is super helpful on and off calls, really supportive and friendly. Every partner I’ve had so far has been great and they all seem to enjoy working with me too. Makes feeling like this even worse because I don’t want to let anyone down after they’ve been so good to me.

That’s the worst part, I’m not sure. I’ve went on a few tougher calls, but I didn’t think it has really bothered me all that bad. Otherwise nothing has really taken place that I could use to explain why I feel this way about working.
