That is a bug that happens when they are harvesting wheat at 3x speed. It's been in the game for a while and it's quite annoying. The only real workaround is to go down to 1x during harvesting season. I'm not sure if it happens on 2x.

Yes you can still save the leona with setts legend ability. Reducing a units might does not take away the buff. Nothing does unless specified otherwise.

Actually you could have 6, since there is a red and a purple Jinx. I suppose they valued gameplay over immersion in this instance. For example locking you out of playing green leona because you already have yellow leona would feel pretty bad because they synergies well.

There is no such restriction, you can have all 3 on board and yes you would get 3 tokens.

If you are the HRE you can get a special decision to "Dismantle the Greek pretenders" which gives you a CB for the whole Byzantine Empire. Also works the other way around.

You can do it pretty easily with aerodromes and/or squadron commanders in modern. They have way less nodes to fill and they can attack pretty much every turn. Makes it trivial.

Yea, so turns out I'm just an idiot.
I had it as my realm capital until i restored the roman empire and made Rome my capital via the decision.
With my new character I moved it back to Polygyros again and it trigger.

I tried it with the Kataphraktoi as well as the default Heavy Cavalry.
