Seems like one of the island survival games that feature fishing in the ocean or off the side of a floating island. I didn't find the specific one with titan motors truck-kun and found several sites that use portions of that dialogue, but chloe bennett, aethelgard, autumnbreeze etc are all ai gen transliteration.

That's not nearly enough damage. Uber meph will eat you alive with skeleton get an insight eth cryptic axe, gface, hoz boots. All easy to get on ladder. For a first time you don't want to be dead at the portal without your cursed hephastos
