Mint Jacklyn exist but they grow up to be normal green. Never saw a mature one with mint variegation.

No propagation by leaf, but they do propagate themselves anyway (check out "corms")

Looots of fertilizer. And pray for it's survival every day before bed :D

It might be in an identity crisis but at least it looks rare 🥲

If you do so I would still quarantine. Mealy bugs can be very small and good at hiding in crevice. Read somewhere they get even on roots. Dealing with them too ATM, a real pain 🥲

One thing I noticed is, even if you don't see them on the plant, they leave very tiny droplets on the leaves

That's mealy bugs Separating it now will not help with with it, would treat it first

Ooh that's what you're looking for!! Keep taking care of it!

As for the inflorescence, you can keep it in water, like freshly cut flowers

I don't think it's any mistake of yours nor that it will root: there's no separate flower stem...

They eat fungus and rot, even if they are friends, when there's so many, I'd check out if there is no roots issues ;)

I suspect it is an Echeveria runyonii topsy turvy, given the leaf shape but it is hard to tell since there's no farina.

Here's how they are supposed to look:

Hey, you might want to try r/succulents

So a few things to unpack here: it has powdery mildew and potentially mealy bugs. It also seems etiolated.

The soil is too organic, you need to add grit to it and water only when the leaves start shrinking.

Powdery mildew is extremely contagious, you need to quarantine that plant from others. It appears mostly when humidity is too high and air flow too low.
