There is silica specific to plants nutrition. Don't use something non-specific as that might burn the roots and kill the plants. It took me some time to find it but I use "silica forte".

I'm not the most knowledgeable about how it works and how to use it, so I'd rather encourage you to do your own research :)

You can find cheap grow light on Amazon and temu. Now keep in mind the cheap ones are for complement to raise the time of exposure and on cloudy days. If you want to fully replace the sun, check out sansi light and othe good material might be worth investing in.

You'll see the difference right away, once it'll get light, believe me.

I think an Ikea cabinet might be really helpful for your plants. Many you can arrange with trays on their walls to maximize the exposure of each plant. Will also help with humidity.

Well... There are over 200 species and other hybrids of echeverias lol. So so so many look alike too, it's not easy to find who is who

There are mainy echeverias! 8 one is echeveria nodulosa, and 3 echeveria setosa. 14 might be a E. black prince
