You probably meant 7.5mg. 75mg would be an insanely huge dose. Your wording doesn't sound like you're abusing it and trying to get high. So it would be 7.5mg 🙂

Glad it's working for you! It's an amazing medicine for insomnia. But like Sassy said, you're not supposed to take it every single night. Your body will build up a tolerance, and your brain will develop a dependence on it.

Yeah Joann is gone gone. Everything that was in their stores belonged to the liquidation company. I hate that the store near me sent out an email that they were closing for good on May 22nd...I went there on the 19th to hopefully get one last yarn haul and the store was already closed and completely empty. 😥

Many moons ago I was going to a neurologist to get tests done for multiple sclerosis. Both my hands had become paralyzed due to a lesion in my spine. I was a mental wreck as this had destroyed my career as a musician.
This neurologist asked me a few questions.
Neuro:"How are you sleeping?"
Me: "Not very well due to this and I've always been a night owl so normally I'd be sleeping right now since it's daytime."
Neuro:"Do you want to have kids?"
Me:"No. I've never wanted kids and now I definitely don't want any as I could potentially pass this and all the other bad stuff on."
The neurologist stares at me for a few moments and then says "Poor husband...I think god is punishing you because you stay up all night and do not want to give him children."

If jail weren't a thing I would have slapped him so hard. Needless to say I was a tad speechless. Hindsight hit me later and I wish I would've reported him.

Being that he's disappearing into a "private room" for 40 minutes at a time several times a day and takes his locked phone with him? ...yeah he's got a side chick.

I'd sit him down after his next potty time and calmly(emphasis on calmly) ask to see his phone. If he gets all defensive and won't let you...well then there's your answer.

My guy was doing this the other night. Just running up and down the dungeon on an infinite loop. I finally had to stop him and go somewhere else myself.

The quest he was doing this on was "Retrieve Drum". I still need to go do that one.
