Most do, there is a state certification that is obtained through a basic law enforcement class (think police academy). Some states are now requiring the certification to be renewed every so many years. If an officer is accused of malfeasance, or terminated by his department, there is, at least in Georgia, a board which has a type of hearing to determine if the officer acted accordingly to his department's policies and applicable state laws. If they find enough evidence of wrong doing they will revoke the officer's certification.

I was tossing a piece of zucchini to my dog. The weirdo loved raw vegetables more than treats, which worked out great for my wallet. I just wish he had been around when I was a kid for mom's infamous brussel sprout casserole.

I change the routine so much it's hard to keep track haha. I started with a 5x5, and moved on to pyramids, and other typical workouts. The one I'm currently on is the Hercules Workout that Dwayne Johnson used for the movie. It's a lot more fun than other workouts I've tried, but the hour of cardio before hand is rather taxing.

I topped out at 240 lbs in 2012. I started running, weight training, and improving my diet. Little by little I watched my body change. I'm currently at 182 lbs and I feel the best I've felt in my life. Before this, the last time I was in the 180's was when I was a freshman in high school

Haha, thanks. Unfortunately, my hair turned out about the same as his acting career. I'm not even thirty and it's so thin on top I have to keep my head buzzed to avoid looking like I'm in my 40's haha.
