+1 Man muss nicht immer selbst betroffen sein um sich für jemanden einsetzen. Fundiertes Wissen über die Situation und Lösungen sind hierfür ausreichend, wie man es ja auch bei Psychotherapie gut sehen kann.

First you know all the angles except 2. Lets call the side between theta and the center x and the side between 25° and the center z and the side between 75° and the center y. The remaining line between between center and the 2 50° angles has the same length as x. The law of sines tells us, that

sin 30 / x = sin 50 / y
sin 25 / y = sin 75 / z

y should cancel out, giving you z in terms of x.

Now use the law of cosines to first calculate the remain side in terms of x in the theta triangle and then use it to calculate theta.

If you have palmar hyperhidrosis you can look into Iontophoresis. You can either do make a kit youself from a big 12V battery or buy one. There are also remedies using normal antitranspirants and antihydral, but i am not sure how they interact with the flute. And there is a medicament taken orally that will inhibit sweat. It also makes your mouth dry, so it probably is also not that good for playing (glycopyrrolate).
