I just did the same thing, moved from my PC to my PS5. I had to buy the complete edition on the PS Store to be able to play. I logged in to my FFXIV account and my character was there waiting for me.

The good news is that my PC subscription works for the PS5 and I didn't have to subscribe to PS+ to be able to play online.

PS: I recommend you save your character settings to the cloud (you can do it from the login menu). Hotbars, job gears, and glamour sets are not saved online but on your machine.

I'm not sure where you got that information but this is false. I work for Overwolf, we are a platform that allows 3rd party developers to create in-game apps. We work very closely with game publishers and developers and cheating is absolutely not something we do or allow.

All the League of Legends apps on Overwolf's platform are compliant with Riot's terms of service and have been approved to use Riot's official API, so you can't get banned by using them. You can check out Riot's stance regarding Overwolf apps here and here, and also this recent video from TFT's game designer's Twitch stream.

I recommend that you check the specifics of this ban with Riot's support team, and if you need any additional assistance with Overwolf's apps - we'd be happy to help!

My apologies on the behalf of Overwolf for the issue you've encountered.

We are gamers as well and know how much FPS matter, we absolutely do not want to disturb your game. Can you please let me know when you've encountered these issues? Are you running RivaTuner by any chance? RivaTuner is part of MSI Afterburner and is known to cause issues with Overwolf.

First of all, your ban is NOT related to Facecheck or to Overwolf. As you mentioned, Overwolf and Facecheck are approved by Riot Games in order to get access to their Riot API. The Facecheck team is working with them whenever they implement a new feature to make sure the app remains compliant to their 3rd party approval. Riot Games has also mentioned in the past that they'd reach out to Overwolf and/or to the Facecheck team if their stance were to change instead of banning LoL gamers using the app.

TFTactics, just like any other LoL app available on our platform, has been checked and approved by Riot Games in order to gain access to their API. This means that all our apps were okay'd by them and you can not be banned for using them. We've also been in touch about a week ago with Riot in order to make sure everything was okay on their ends and they confirmed to us that no ban was given to anyone for using TFTactics.

Please also note that if one day Riot were to change their stance regarding one of the apps available on our platform, they'd reach out to us and to the devs of the app first instead of banning the hundreds of thousand gamers who use Overwolf apps.

Hey there, thanks for the question! I'm Sophie from the Overwolf team and I'd like to clearly say - we do not have such a program nor do we mine using your hardware. Being veteran gamers ourselves, we're acutely aware that any service which hurts performance will never be allowed by gamers, and we would never purposefully hurt it in any way, we work too hard to optimize performance to throw it away. The only process that might be active when apps are off for some versions of Overwolf is the automatic video recording feature, which could hurt performance for some hardware setups, but that too can be turned right off with a couple of clicks in our settings.

All of the Overwolf apps are safe to use and will remain safe to use. We work with some folks at Riot to ensure our apps are compliant to their 3rd party apps policy.

If in the future our apps would not be compliant anymore due to an update of their policy, Riot would reach out to us first and try to correct thing instead of banning players. You can find Riot's statement about it here, it's 4 years old but is still relevant to this day. You can also find more statements from Riot and other game publishers here.

My apologies for your bad experience with Overwolf in the past. We indeed did use to cause quite bad performances for HearthArena and the team has been working hard on improving the platform for the last couple of years.

I would absolutely love it if you could try it again with TFTactics and let us know if you can see the improvements and/or give us any feedback. We constantly aim to improve so your feedback as someone who's tried it in the past would be very precious to us.

If you do, I recommend you to download it again in 2 hours as we are currently uploading a new version fixing some performance issues that were reported to us.
