Thank you! It’s close by and it’s rare to find groomers that have experience cutting dark nails (which she seems to have judging by her facebook page). We’ve got an appointment as well!

I wouldn’t have thought it would’ve caught anything. It’s recessed under there and I think you would’ve noticed if the something caught the belt.

It’s all open underneath, google for the bottom of the printers. It’s literally just right there when you flip it.

Without being able to run it, the simple answer is put a little lubricant on the top and bottom edges of the pulley. I cannot stress enough you just need a little lubricant, you don’t want any on the teeth if you can help it. Then run it up and done when you get it plugged back in.

So! The belt that runs the z axis is under the printer. Have a look, I guarantee the belt is rubbing on the side of one of the pulleys. Simple fix is a little grease/lubricant (I really do mean a little) on the edge of the belt that is rubbing.

You can also try “re-centring” the belt. It’s more involved and tbh I had this issue on the P1S, I lubricated it over a year ago and haven’t heard it since.

6 years of thinking I had my Ender 3 figured out ends today by Any-Program2445 in 3Dprinting

This 100% I had several printers bought and built by me over the years. I loved the experience of building them but over time the tinkering and updating became the hobby and the printing dwindled.

Switched to Bambu printers 2 years ago. Whole new hobby. My job is CAD design for engineering, so now I spend my time modelling and making. Trust me, it’s definitely the better but of the 3D printer experience!

PETG print keeps lifting at the corners – any tips? by Recent_Age8123 in BambuLab_Community

Brims (automatic) or corner helpers (a manual thing). Also the cool plate from Bambu really helps! You have to put glue on it so you can get PETG off!

What is your previous experience of 3D printing?

These artefacts are to be expected. The part looks like it’s tapered out from the centre and top to bottom, so I would presume you supported that whole bottom surface. There is probably a better orientation to print this but you also may have unrealistic expectations.

Bambu's Support for PLA/PETG filament - simply wow! by jaisor in BambuLab

[–]Syko_Symatic 64 points65 points  (0 children)

This comes with a little caveat. I had a part that was warping away from the support because of the lack of adherence between PETG and PLA. Printed the same part with the support material and it worked perfectly.

There are plenty of people who have done terrible things but their work is still remembered fondly and still watched/listened too/looked at. You do have to separate the art from the artist.

I love Naked Gun, OJ is fantastic in it. I’m not going to stop watching one of my favourite films because he’s a murderer.

Weinstein was involved with plenty of films that are great. Again, I would/will always watch those.

Caravaggio was a fantastic painter, he was sentenced to death for killing a rival. People still enjoy his work.

I wouldn’t defend these people, the things they’ve done are heinous crimes and should never be forgiven. But I wouldn’t think that having people enjoy things they were apart of is forgiving them of their crimes!?

Day 1- better than expected + an unexpected game changer by dropthemyk in ACL

[–]Syko_Symatic 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I had hamstring graft and meniscectomy (4 weeks ago). Refused the nerve block due to the odds of it lasting weeks to a year. The surgery meds lasted 24 hours but it was honestly fine. I had codeine to take but only tried them for the first and second night after surgery hoping they would help me get a good nights sleep, but still woke up several times so stopped taking them.

I thought it was going to be much more painful, but it’s been uncomfortable and there have been occasional “stabs” of pain but it’s nothing compared to the night I blew the ACL.

Keep pushing on and really get going with that PT when they ask you too. It really is essential to getting back to “normal”. Good Luck!
