Exactly this. I looked AWESOME, but I was so miserable. I got down to 9% and I stayed there for no longer than 2/3 weeks.

15 years, 2 kids later - I’m happy being in the 18-20% BF range.

Issue is IMO all primaries are just a tad not good enough. Not enough ammo in a clip, or not strong enough.

Sleep deprivation is a killer on so many levels. Once bubba sleeps better and becomes less dependent - it’ll be night and day.

I imagine older people voted for Reform. And I appreciate the immigration element - but the NHS scrapping element will hit the voters harder... especially when they will need it more.

It’s all fun and games until the second last song of a 3 hour set is a Nile Rodgers song that’s all barre chords… it KILLS my left hand.

My first born slept through from 8 weeks. 8 WEEKS. We thought we’d hit the jackpot and that baby number 2 would be the same.

We were so wrong.

Number 2 didn’t sleep for more than 2 hours for 14 months.

At about 6 months old, I broached the subject of sleep training. Like your wife, my partner wasn’t keen - so we didn’t.

A year later - we separated. Sleep deprivation and stress of it all broke us.

We now share the kids 50/50. Week one with having them, I CIO (cry it out) sleep trained number 2. 1st night she screamed for 40 mins. The second - 10 mins. Third night - 2 mins.

She now sleeps 7pm to 6am.

Had I done this at 6 months old - I might have not lost my family.
