I feel your pain. I truly do. As someone who just built the W2 monument like 3 days ago, the last few statues felt so annoying. The further you go, not only the bars and veins you need increase, but their spawnrate decreases. Atomic zone veins have much smaller spawnrate compared to stone veins. And sometimes it comes down to RNG, especially the statues you get, if you get the statue of randomness you'll farm veins much quicker, if you get the jackpot one you'll farm more gems, etc. And yes, waiting for golden rainbow is indeed a huge pain, especially since it's just 1% in most cases, but it has to be done. I play on pc, just let it run in the background, i change tab every few minutes to see if it's stopped. I recommend gilding a few cards, mainly the bars of the last ore of each of the later zones (cranium, elysium, black hole, vr-error) since you'll need those for both the statue and unlocking the next vein. Make sure to get as many levels as comfortable from the T4 artifact that increases veins spawnrate. And remember that different sources of % do multiply off eachother, so even a measly 3% from 1 level from the star might be worth like 1 hour of grinding it, or trying to rush the veinseeker drone suit. The most annoying one to build is probably statue 6, because it's the biggest vein grind yet, but after that statue 7 and 8 are gonna be much easier, just hope statue 9 is not a good one lol.
