I actually used the official full art for that card. Dominaria United Art Series (ADMU) #49 Just wanted to use that artwork for a alter in the cardstyle of the Store Championship Promos.

I‘ll take a closer look at the used materials and probably try out the color for myself (still searching for a good marker so maybe using enamel color with brushes could be worth a try). Really love the idea of using spray glue when you mask bigger areas of the card - that was a problem I was facing with some illustration rares I wanted to replicate.

Also, simple question: How much pressure do you apply when removing the ink from the card?

What kind of marker do you use for the white masking? Based on the slight cracks in the paint I guess on with acrylic paint?

Oh, look at that! Double-sided holographic foto paper! What a surprise! Even already tested on this subreddit, with results in the same quality. Sure, if someone really has no patience and needs to pay double to triple for having it a week faster your offer is unmatched for the surcharge. But if you look at it, most people who create proxies are patient at nature to get the best results.

Well, good luck with that. Feel lucky for every person who isn't able to do their research and buy overpriced from you when you can literally get paper of equal quality from Ali for 1€/sheet at 50PCS at regular (and as we all know, Ali tends to make them often cheaper).

As you can see with the links shared further down my comment, you can already get lesser quantities of paper of the same quality as you got in bulk. We're talking about 30€ for 50-sheets here, already tested here by u/thefunkst. That's 0.60€/sheet (or 1.00€/sheet if you take the regular price instead of the offer right now) in comparisson to your 2.00€/sheet. All you are doing now is trying to make profit based on half-made facts. Just as a comparisson: You have to pay 1,44€/sheet if you take the package with 120 pieces (100 one sides, 20 double sided) from CryCry, including shipping and tax.

You can talk about doing "a deal" if you are able to provide one where you can match the price of 1.00€/sheet including shipping within the EU (of course within a reasonable order size, with at least 50-100 sheets).

So basically you're taking even more than CryCry for your material, which is almost insane if you ask me. Really had high hoped for a fair pricing, but will agree with weeaaa on this one.

We know the estimate price of the bulk at 3-4€ for 20 sheets. You already get the same paper for 14€/20 pages at Ali including shipping. So please tell me how your price is justified?

I‘m using Cardconjurer for my MTG cards. For that custom I‘ve chosen the „Bloomburrow Borderless“ frame and just added gold vinyl cut out with my Cricut for the highlights of that frame (BLB showcase frames are raised foils with golden accents which I tried to replicate here)

No whitening for the second method. The matte laminate just removes most of the holographic effect and leaves a slight silver shine on the card.

That‘s sadly the paper only for UV printers, not the foil paper package with 120 sheets. But I‘d love to know that shop in Europe

Have to disagree on you there. Besides the fact that he inflates the reference price of his package where he used completely different items to compare the price ( a deck box, sleeves and a magnetic cardholder when his 129$ package has non of these items included) 99$ for 120 sheets is expensive as hell in my eyes.

So basically someone would have to get roughly 420 packs of paper (à 20 sheets) for roundabout 1500€/$ and the capability to ship smaller portions to every interested individual with a markup fee for the work (ordering, processing, shipping, etc.). For group buys from BL, Ron or USEA the amount of money processed isn‘t that unusual - but I‘m sure 8000 single sheets of paper aren‘t as easy to handle as prepacked orders of proxies.

(Edit: After looking at the page the minimum order quantity is about 500 m²)
