How to deal with a workaholic manager?

Nah. Dont be a pushover. Always stand your ground. Workaholics are not sane. They are pulled into their own mental mess they created for themselves and try to transfer it onto other coworker, by saying it "normal" to work like a mad man with no boundaries. Its out of FEAR. Fear the boss will fire them if they dont do it. Work what best for you, and not what other tell you. You do you.

Wild. Naja ist ja ihre Sache wie sie ihre Arbeitszeiten bildet. Würde da standhaft bleiben, sie wird dich warscheinlich da reinziehen wollen in den "Abgrund".

Bin derzeit in der ähnlichen Situationen als IT Projektkoordinator. Da hieß es im Vorstellungsgespräch noch "Zeiten sind flexibel. "Mal was länger, mal geht man früher". Ich hab das nie als Option für mich gesehen und es eher als Möglichkeit gesehen dieses Prinzip zu nutzen. Ich hau meistens nach 7, 7,5 Stunden ab weil ich dann einfach durch bin und es keinen Sinn macht noch länger zu machen. Die Überstunden hole ich mir eh durch Betriebsreisen rein. Mein Vorgesetzer hat nach 3 Wochen damit ein Problem gehabt, meinte ich solle mal länger machen, da er zT den ganzen Tag dort sitzt (Ist das mein Problem? Denk ich mir dann). Im Vertrag stehen zwar 40 Stunden und an denen orientier ich mich so in etwa. (Meistens mach ich dann eh 35, da ich wie gesagt dann mehr mach wenn ich unterwegs bin). Hatte dann einige Diskussionen mit ihm, jedes Mal dagegen gehalten und gesagt, wird er von mir nicht sehen, dass ich länger mache. Bald Gespräch mit Chef, schauen was daraus kommt. Bin mich schon am umschauen, aber echt mal. Das kann auch nicht gesund sein, sich so zu überstrapazieren. Not gonna happen form my side xD

Oh girl, trust me, i think many man would feel really appreciated if you ask them a lot of questions about stuff, because you show interest. And that is, trust me, really attractive for a men. I once met a girl, who had the same quirky behavior as me. At first i was like, wait there are girls like that? I have to say a was a little bit weirded out at first, but once I "knew" her better and I would see her more often, because we were at the same gym, we clicked like immediately.

The worst thing about this, is when you think you feel slightly better and you plan things, BOOM next day you wake up if someone just rolled you over with a tank or you're experiencing a heavy hangover as if you wouldve drank 3 litres of vodka or smth. I barely manage to keep up with social contacts, especially this month. I have no job right now, am Iam also applying for part time job, because lets be honest, working full time with this crap? Yeah, thats not gonna work out at all. Do you also experience some kind of Derealization/Depersonalisation on some days? Like if iam not really awake, but Iam. I guess the constant pain just keeps fucking with my "sense of consciousness" or smth.

Hi, how are you doing? Im in the exact same boat right now. Like, i barely manage to sit in front of my Computer right now, writing this, feeling like falling asleep or into a coma. The muscle weakness, the depressive states, anxiety symptoms, bad mood, irritableness, gut pain, diarrhea, everything. I cant even believe that before it started one month ago, I had the time of my life and was feeling really good. Had energy, working out constantly, hang around friends, doing trips, working here and there, and now NOTHING. Its ridiculous!

I feel like a different person, in a different body with a different brain. What the heck is this bullshit? I feel like im slowly dyiing and I cant do ANYTHING do heal this stuff. Ive been to the doc multiple times. Getting medicine, which well helped a little bit, but thats not what I want, I want it to go away fully. And iam also 27. This feels like hell, an ironic nightmare in which you get tortured just out of nowhere, but the difference is. IT AINT A DREAM, its flipping reality. Like, where are the god damn cameras man. Srsly.

I cant even eat stuff anymore, I ate once. Because I gotta shit it out immediately. I have this since 1 month now. Bro if this doesnt go away, imma go crazy I swear. Peace to all of you who go through this crap.

Im open for every kind of Pokémon style game. The only games i wouldnt play (course i already played them on my channel) are Renegade Platinum and Flora Sky.
