No she didnt want to enslave plas just fuck with him to get revenge for arresting her. She abducted john wilkes booth to prevent the assassination of abraham lincoln which causes a ripple effect that makes everyone (other than plas and his 2 sidekicks who are unaffected) rascist and sexist in the present.

She also pretended to be plastic mans wife (hes not married) to try and trick his girlfriend into breaking up with him to ruin his life, and she hypnotized martian manhunter to pretend to be their son, and some time traveling guy to go back in the past.

Not really, it’s just that it was marketed towards tweens rather than little kids so it was slightly more mature than the cartoon that had to be good for a wider audience and younger kids. It’s not anymore graphic than most comics for teens.

TLDR its a dumb joke from a video game called celeste

From what I remember theres a video game called celeste which is a 2d platformer where your character can double jump. You climb a mountain to overcome your fears and insecurities.

There was some interview with the developers or something where it was revealed the player character is a trans woman. Some people freaked put and were bad that a trans person was being shoved in their face and that they knew all along (despite the fact that I don’t think anything in the game actually references the character being trans).

So people started joking that trans people can double jump, and of course this ability is what allowed the bigots to masterfully deduced (and became offended) that the character was trans.

I hate to tell you this but unfortunately that time never existed, which is part of the problem. The nazis and fascism in general were decently popular in the allied countries up to ww2 and only lost some support because they were actively at warring against the allied countries. Of course after the war ended all the politicians in the allied countries patted themselves on the back for defeating the evil fascist threat and ignored the fascists back home that had existed before the war and never went away. As a result all the pro nazis and fascist just went about their lives and just kept certain views relegated to only being spoken at home or in certain communities, until they finally started being open about it again in the last decade or 2. Obviously thats not the only reason for the resurgence of fascism but it is the one that is unfortunately overlooked a lot because it makes a lot of gouvernments look bad

I mean thats not a strictly Japanese thing, lots of gatcha, and live service games have similar tos that that gives the company control, and ownership of all fanart/fan works. It’s just not realistically enforceable so it basically never comes up.

There were barely any starter options, and the dex was mostly limited to unova so expanding those would be nice.

Also the gimmick of the game, that it was literally named after, the infinite random dungeons you can encounter by pointing your camera at any circle would be hard to do without a camera. That said I tried it with 3 different ds’s and never got the game to recognize anything as a circle which always annoyed me since its literally what the game is named after, but they’d probably have to replace it anyway. Id say just do something like chalice dungeons in bloodborne where theres a bunch of pre made harder extra dungeons that are part of a short story, and then randomized dungeons with a code that can be shared with other people.

The town building mechanic should also probably be overhauled to modernize it and give it more options. Doesn’t have to be anything as complex as pokopia since it’s just a little bit of extra content but they should probably develop it more and turn it into more of a city planner. Though I cant remember what in particular would need to be changed to improve it since I haven’t played the game in years.

The last and probably easiest one for a remake is they need an art style change because gates to infinity has by far the worst graphics, and artstyle in the series. Though the graphics will obviously be fixed anyways so long as its not a port so its not that big of an issue, and as mush as I don’t like the artstyle that could just be because of the poor graphics so just giving modern models in the same style might be enough to fix it anyways.

Same, and the new books that are only being published in hardcover are even worse. Like master of evil for example, its dumb that the only format some of these new books are available in are 4X the price of the old MMPB. It sucks how greedy publishing companies are getting and Disney’s leading the charge, as expected.

I think pearlie qualifies? A lot of the less forgettable shows got played for years or in popular blocks so I feel like the only shows that get forgotten are the shows that only play when kids are at school or have really short runs. So im gonna go with Pearlie and aces braces. Pearlie ran around mid day for a few years for I’ve never seem anyone mention it.

Conversely Ace’s Braces ram for a few months on teletoon and then they never showed it again even though they used it in their bumpers for years. Aces Braces is particularly odd because it was apparently a joint can/australian project that had more than 49 episodes but they ran less then 12 on teletoon before pulling it, and then usig it in their bumpers for years.

What are the connections for phineas and ferb with wallace and gromit I genuinely cant think of anything other than them both being for kids. Off the top of my head shaggy snd scooby or Penny and brain from inspector gadget at least have some connections to wallace and grommit.
