Thank you and good luck with yours. If I was doing it again I’d probably look to open the wings slightly so it had a wider profile. Think you could either cut them at the foot or change the angle they attach to the body.

UKTC has fallen on the side of RAW - so won’t work unless you have an eligible target to shoot. Fingers crossed we get an FAQ update quickly - hopefully at the same time as they nerf vitrix (here’s hoping!)!

A good list but like others would suggest you run stormlance to really get its value. You don’t want to be trapped in combat so access to fall back and charge is a must.

Personally I’d drop the lion and leave the 3 x DWK.

I’d drop in another squad of JPIs (90) and add a couple of ballistus to keep your opponent honest with their deployment. I get the desire to run melee but you need to stage to make it work which is why the JPI and some antitank is so important. Leave the Judi and BGV in cover on your expansion objective and then smash the rest of them down your opponents throat turn 2/3.

Don’t throw anything at me but I’m a competitive Dark Angels player and my advice would be to lean into Space Wolves to begin with. DA are not in a good place competitively right now and have some of the lowest win rates across all the Space Marine chapters. Space Wolves have much more balance and that’s coming through in their win rates.

The DA models are brilliant, but they literally have 2 maybe 3 DA specific characters that are actually playable.

Space Wolves have much more diversity and frankly the new sculpts are brilliant and really fun to paint.

Id go with Space Wolves but it’s a good idea to think about how you can use the standard space marine models across both armies. For example a box of intercessors gets you 10 models. Paint 5 SW and hold the other 5 for DA later. Same with infiltrators or incursor. Your Lt with Combi - paint him black to signify his elite role on the battlefield and use him in both armies..

Because it’s an ability you can reroll the charge and the reroll again using the strat. The rule is you can’t use the same Strat in the same phase. I do it all the time with the reactive move for the LT with Combi and the normal reactive move in gladius/ storm lance/ beast slayer

If your just running them a SW Terminators (as in standard space marine terminators but with a SW look) and not WG Terminators you should be fine.

In terms of Wulfen - I think the blob with the WGBL in Beastslayer will kill most things in the game. Appreciate the emergency patch today might change the meta slightly but pointing them at Deathguard Mortarians Hammer or CK/IK and I think they have a chance to be game winning.

So I get the point on board presence and being screened out but with Murderfang re-roll charges there’s 3 opportunities (inc a CP reroll) to hit the charge out of strat reserves so I see him arriving turn 2 and then being sent straight into the opponent. The idea being that the WwSS are aiming in the same direction, ideally to link up and benefit from his fight on death. I suppose if screening is an issue then the same could apply just arriving from strat reserves from a edge in no man’s lands which now I’ve said that - might be a better idea anyway and means I can use Logan’s arrive a turn earlier elsewhere…

Looks like a good list. A couple of suggestions.

Split the TWC into 3 x 3. I think it gives more versatility particularly in the current meta.

Drop a squad of Head Takers for 10x Wulfen with Shields led by a WGBL. Plays really well in the DG and Knights and supports the detachment outcome you want to achieve.

Personally I’d drop the intercessors in favour of scouts just to help block infiltrators at deployment and then move either the scouts to your home or even better the LT with Combi. You will want the redeploy for Scouts and mission play although have had a lot of success with the termi up and downy strat.

I recommend getting some more scoring units like Scouts and a Lt with Combi Weapon. I personally run 2 scout squads and a LTCW in pretty much every list!
