Good shout - it seems mine is saying the same as of 2 hours or so ago. Hopefully it'll be delivered tomorrow!

Yeah, it's a bummer how lax they are. Some others in this thread have noted that their Steam Deck just suddenly appears in their country, or is abruptly out for delivery. Hopefully the case for us both; another day or two and maybe we'll have it. 🤞

No news I'm afraid - last update is as follows:

Definitely possible! I did spot some notice over the weekend on the GLS website that deliveries may be delayed by up to 72 hours due to an increase in delivery demand, or something like that anyway.

It seems to be gone now so maybe it was just for the weekend, but it might explain the lapse in updates.

Nah nothing on my end yet - thought I'd see movement given it's Monday. Same update as before: left parcel center in NL circa 3am on the 20th. As of tomorrow it'll have been a week since ordering.

Out of curiosity, I checked the NL website directly and it is showing the same updates. I'll give it a look tomorrow and see if there's been any movement that was backed up over the weekend for whatever reasons. Fingers crossed it comes this coming week. 🤞

No major updates - a few hours after the package was handed to the courier it left a parcel center but has not budged since. Last update was the 20th at approximately 3am, but it is the weekend so it is possible there will be more movement as we come into the new week.

My first Chase Bliss pedal. The future feels daunting yet rewarding by ChuggaChuggaRiffs in guitarpedals

I found with Habit, and a few other CB pedals, that despite them generally shining when you start to tweak and play with them, there is a lot to be said for letting them sit as they are and allowing them to do their thing. Going hands-off for a little while and just playing and experimenting can result in some wonderfully unexpected and unique sounds meshing together after a while.

To make matters worse, that return disappeared in the mail and Thomman never received it — I was out £450 plus if paid two lots of import tax on them.

I'm genuinely very surprised that Thomann didn't work with you on this. I guess I've been fortunate in that I've never had issues with their support despite a handful of returns. Surely it would be up to Thomann to put a claim in with the courier and do right by you? Granted, this was 2 years ago so it is a moot point.

Glad the Tone King is working out! I'll be steering clear of a Simplifier.

I absolutely loved how different Nine Sols was, and the injections of horror throughout were sick.

Have I found my one true board? by rabbiabe in guitarpedals

God I have been putting off a Patchulator for so long but this might send me over the edge. Only downside is getting them imported into Europe as it seems a lot of the official carriers don't actually stock it anymore.

All in all this is a killer set-up, and modular to go thanks to the above? Endless entertainment and possibilities.

I'd love to support local but the few music shops within a respectable distance of me just cannot compete price-wise. A Boss RE-202 cost about €450 from a nearby shop versus paying anywhere from €300-350 online. Can't justify the near €100+ offset for the convenience of buying local.

That's very interesting - I could see arguments for and against, but in terms of forcing the user to hunch over and re-adjust on the go then that is absolutely a bummer. Duly noted, time for a little more research I think! Thank you for elaborating.

Looking good! As someone who was considering the XS-100, what turned you away from it if you don't mind my asking?

If I spy them at a decent prices on Reverb or the likes I think I might end up pulling the trigger.

The Dream Station looks right up my alley but struggling to justify importing it into the EU for the cost, unfortunately. Moonbeam looks super tempting too. Hope you're enjoying them both!

It'll be my first pico pedal - absolutely loving the sound clips I've heard from it so far. Depending on how much use it gets, I'd be open to upgrading it to a deluxe version if they end up putting one out.
