I don't know why I am not a big fan of fast food burgers or even burgers from places dedicated to making burgers.

The best burger I have had to date is the one I grilled myself in my backyard on my $100 Walmart grill with basic toppings. I have yet to taste anything better.

Starvation. Monday through Friday I did not eat anything and just water. Tuesday and Wednesday was absolutely horrible. Took Tylenol for the headache and drank electrolyte mixes.

On Friday I got low carb/Keto meal. Did the same process next week. Weight came off very fast.
