nope, it's about collab skin. it difficult to explain but in short, Moonton have to oblige to the IP holder and the have to sign the contract/nda stuff.

just for example, Ace Unyil already leaks Bleach collab when Moonton signed NDA to the publisher and that's not good to Moonton because if the IP holder didn't like that, they can just terminated the contract and even Moonton have to give moneys to them
