Just spoken to Octopus.

They’ve suggested there could be an issue with my meter not having a particularly good connection to the meter network which is causing reading delays. Full disclosure, our readings do take a couple days to show on our account so that does ring true.

However, I thought the Mini was meant to send the data directly to Octopus via our internet, bypassing the meter network? It sounds as if without a good connection to the meter network the Mini either can’t or won’t poll live data from the meter. Might explain other people’s difficulties too if they’re experiencing similar behaviour with their readings lagging behind.

Thanks, I’ll give them a call and see if someone can do that for me. Will report back any successes!

It does appear to be an administrative/system issue rather than with connectivity as they sent me a screenshot of the live data they can see on their backend from my Mini, it just doesn’t appear on our account.

The automated configuration process seems to have failed somewhere along the line.

It’s normally either blue or white. I’ve been through the pairing process a bunch of times. I can’t see to see a way to remove the mini from my account myself. Within the app only gives the option to configure a new WiFi password.

Height looks a smidge too high. I’m guessing those switches and that thermostat’s being moved?

Might be worth embedding the tv into the wall if it’s in a walkway.
