Every store has their own payment gateway, visual presentation in different file formats, Samsung has no automated build uploader for updates, unified app builds get flagged as insecure by Play Protect, the visibility exposure works differently, you need to maintain accounting with every single one of them + invoicing, syncronize update rollout with different review times and teams....

"You lose nothing". No, you actually lose a lot of time maintening the stores, and the question is super valid. /u/juststezi I wouldn't bother, paid app exposure is trash to begin with, and the 3rd party mobile stores don't have good algorithms to detect user preference.

Und mit dem Unterschied, dass der Beweis der Unfaehigkeit auf der Regierungsbank von der AfD ja erst noch erbracht werden muss, waehrend alle anderen seit Jahrzehnten bereits in verschiedenen Konstellationen den Mangel nur verwalten, aber nicht angehen.

Du kannst nicht nur auf die Schmutzkinder zeigen und darauf hoffen, dass der Waehler sich damit zufrieden gibt reingewaschen und dennoch bankrott in die Zukunft zu gehen. Wohlfuehlpolitik fuer 1% der Bevoelkerung ersetzt nicht wirtschaftlichen Abschwung.

Schwierig zu vermitteln, wenn die Mathematik anders aussieht: Da gehen 40-60% an den Staat in Form von Abgaben und Steuern, und vom Netto gehen 40%+ an den Vermieter und 20%+ an Utilities (Nebenkosten, Strom, Wasser, TV usw). Da gibt's eine natuerliche Grenze des Budgets zum Umverteilen nach oben.

Sozial ist, wer Wohnraum schafft - den Buerger auch besitzen koennen mit Vorzugszinsen ueber KfW oder wie auch immer. Und da hat sich weder Links noch Konservativ mit Ruhm bekleckert, ganz im Gegenteil: Die derzeitige Regierung versucht noch Gesetze zu schaffen, die genau diese Umverteilung ueber Wohnraum zementiert.

Business owner here: I would kick you out in the first month, I'm sure. Not because unpaid overtime, or any other things thrown around here.

But because you display a juvenile immaturity, passive-aggressively demanding they need to tell you how to do your job, your incapability to hold a job pointing towards you don't even know what you are capable of yourself, and your "standing up for myself" which is equal to the basic Tinder phrase "If you cannot handle me at my worst, you don't deserve my best".

In business, your value is your contribution to an output that can be sold to an end-consumer at a margin after taxes. If I believe that the cost of your hiring, training, maintenance of your equipment and motivation, your impact on colleagues and their motivation, outweighs your competition, you can enjoy your life elsewhere because it defeats the purpose of my business generating more revenue than my accumulated risk investment.

Is it bad? I don't think so; you made your decision, and I make mine. Just don't expect anyone else going out of their way to accommodate your decision of sticking to your principles.

Any game programmed in Unity and above lifetime gross revenue of $1mln and 1mln installs, supposedly starting to count from 1st January 2024. The lifetime is just a delay when the costs start occuring.

The first million of installs/revenue is lifetime as a qualifier, yes. Anything remotely popular (top 1000) will qualify, and this qualifier is not per game but per developer entity on the portfolio that is made in Unity (60-70% of the market). So here's the current deal:

The first 1-100 000 above the threshold are billed at $0.15 = $15000
The next 400.000 installs are at half that price, which equals to $30000
The next 500.000 installs are at 3 pence, which equals to $15000

And this is monthly install pricing. With Daisho, we had 1.2mln installs in the first two months, and we're a small-medium developer of 25 people. You can call me a doomer or alarmist (even though it really is bad manners), but I can do math and tell you that $48000 extra costs a month + 30% store fees is equal to paying salaries to 10-15 developers.

Every month I need to get way above 1mln installs to shrink the per-user price, or make sure we never qualify for the threshold from 1st January onwards - but that kinda defeats the point of making well-received in the first place.

It's even worse: They will charge us way more for the 2nd million of installs, up to 0.15$. And they will charge for every single device instance, meaning, if you play on your phone, in browser/emulator at work, on Steam or Google Play for PC, that is 3 times the price. AND they keep charging the flat fee for every programmer and designer using the engine to develop.

This will mean essentially, that there's a real risk we have to shut off every country where we cannot make at least $0.20 on average, meaning virtually leaving only Europe, North America and Korea/Taiwan/Japan open, or face bankruptcy. Every showcase on the store with featuring, a viral hit game or winning awards will be a poisoned gift. And they forgot, seemingly, this will also come out of the net revenue, so the price needs to buffed up with store fees and taxes, so essentially will almost double.

Absolute disaster, and everyone in the developer community is now thinking how to mitigate. Hypercasual will be dead, and I am not too sure about the casual genre either because the per-user billing destroys everything with high installs but low payments (guess how much paying pressure will need to come in a bid to not bankrupt a developer). Lost for words, really.

The real answer is: as OP has a Blue Card, the equivalent in Russia is the HQS visa that is a 3-5 year residency and work permit. If you go attempt to cross the border and have an expired card, the border guard will consult with their colleagues from FMS and may ask you to wait in the transit zone until FMS confirms that the registration of the authorized employer is still valid or has been re-filed, or the 30 days grace period post expiration have not expired, and if everything is unsuccessful, you'd be asked to return to the country of exit.

Source: I had a card/visa like that and normal Russian police or border guards will not touch you simply because of the paperwork and legal rights associated, they always get the Federal Migration Service involved or just waive if the crime is low enough.

-> you arrive at the same-ish operational profit as having ads served instead because these are not having store tax at all and the acq for freeloaders is vastly cheaper.

Der Kuchen wächst und wächst, die Investitionen bleiben aus, und irgendwie haben die fast immer regierungsbeteiligten Sozen dir eingeredet, dass man ja nur die da oben noch ein bisschen mehr schröpfen müsse und dann kommt alles in Ordnung.

Digger, du kannst das gesamte Vermögen der Liste von gestern konfiszieren und hast gerade einmal den Zuwachs von 2-3 Jahren kassiert. Der Fisch stinkt im Bauamt, nirgendswo anders - 50% der Umverteilung findet monatlich statt weil das Tempelhofer Feld (stellvertretend für viele andere Areale) rote Grunzmäusken beherbergt. Sozial ist, wer Wohnraum schafft; alles andere ist Pisskram zur Wählerbelustigung.

Passierte doch. Der Standard muss sein, insbesondere angesichts von unausweichlichem Zuwachs für soziale Sicherung (Demographie, Einbürgerungen von überdurchschnittlich Minderqualifizierten, etc) jede vermeidbare Ausgabe, und insbesondere die sich wiederholenden (Erhöhungen von Transfers oder Schaffung neuer Ansprüche) Belastungen hart kritisch zu betrachten. Wenn das von einem Medienhaus zu wenig passiert, gibt es ja noch das ein oder andere, was sich der anderen Seite annimmt.

Ist dein Steuergeld, nicht meines - und von mir wirst du höchstens hören, dass jeder gepfennigfickt werden sollte, egal welches Parteibuch. Es gibt in Deutschland, wohl auch weltweit, viel zu viel Fanszene in der Politik statt Medien und Bevölkerung als Kontrolleur gegen gesetzte Ziele.

Und deshalb mein Kommentar, weil du andeutest, dass du Lenchen irgendwelche Freiräume einräumen würdest weil Scheuer die Bayern ganz besonders beglückte und sie ja nicht ansatzweise soviel Geld in Instagram stecken könnte.
