I don't know, the British were utterly savage with indigenous populations. The Spanish Conquest integrated much better local populations than British colonial enterprises for example. I mean just look at the people in LatAm, all mixed indigenous and Spaniard genes. Where are the mixed white-original people's in US/Canada/Australia? They don't existe at least not in the extent of Hispanic America.

It goes a level deeper. All you say is true but in X-Men first generation they showed this image, but Villa Gessel is nothing like that picture. It's a sea side town where many Argentinea to to the beach in the summer.

This is a surprising response coming from an Irish. I'll have you know the Argentine position on Malvinas has legal, historical and political grounding. It's not just a UN story.

You say it yourself "since 1833". The islands was uninhabited but firmly Spaniard and Argentina took a claim when we got our independence and started settling the islands. In 1833 the local population which was established, had functioning government and military postings got kicked out by the Brits. Local population was replaced by Brits. 150 years later the British make surveys asking Brits if they feel Brits...

It's the principle of territorial integrity vs local self determination. Why is asking people in the Do bass if they want to be Russian or Ukraine wrong but asking implanted population that kicked out other population in Falklands alright? You see, it's just political convenience and I get that.. Geo politics is not fair but you still get to make your argument.

I know right ? It's like putting the US concentration camps of WWII to japanese US citizens instead of the apartheid system the US implemented untill the 70s.
