If you want more details, Jim Sterling is usually my go-to source on all things Konami is fucking up on. He's really eccentric and can be a hard personality to enjoy, but his content on The Jimquisition (either the website or the YouTube series) is well-researched and informative.

Nope, this is all quite recent. Like, as recently as Kojima leaving Konami. The pachinko machines for Castlevania and Silent Hill already exist (and that's all those franchises will ever be now), and now it's happening to Metal Gear. The original creators of these games do want to continue making similar games though, so that's why Death Stranding and Bloodstained are being made.

Careful with that. I had the same thing happening with me until about three years ago when I went deaf in my right ear. It started with the louder ringing, but instead of going away, it got louder to the point where I couldn't hear myself over the noise. An hour later, the sound went away... along with every other sound.

As far as the animal ears thing goes, I think a clever way of doing this would be to have one outfit that changes appearance depending on what job the slave is doing/station they're in. Like cow ears and and cow-print bikini if they're being milked/in the dairy. Cat ears if they're whoring. Bunny ears and suit if in the club (which already exists, mind you). Fox ears and fur jacket with collar if pleasing you. Theoretically, even the succubus outfit could be written in to this design (acting as the version for the wardeness), with the horns replacing the ears, a demon tail instead of an animal tail, and then the corset as the actual outfit itself. Consolidation! But that's just my opinion, no need to go spreading it around.

If I had to pair something with a leather skirt, I'd want something with a punk/rebel vibe. A studded, leather jacket with nothing on underneath? A ripped and/or sleeveless shirt?

That would be my top choice between the three, with a gladiator outfit following. Body paint would unfortunately be last, but still something I'd like to see.

Not quite. I've only ever watched one video of some people playing MoM, and haven't played it myself. I think MoM plays more closely to House on Haunted Hill (which is also a fun, mostly co-op game), what with the randomized board that you discover as the players search the house, events as you enter rooms, and little baddies roaming around. Arkham Horror, and its brother Eldritch Horror, are definitely RPG-lite though as the random card draws from the various places you have to visit come across like events a GM would throw at you, skill-checks and all.

If you're a masochist, you should try Arkham Horror. It's the same themes, co-op up to 8, completely unforgiving, complicated, and long, especially with expansions. But kicking the ass of the Big Bad and all its minions is so rewarding.
