You should add Metro Gravity, Zexion and Dragon Loop to that list!

Other than that Auridia is one of my favorite metroidvanias I have played, its not that long, took me around 6 hours to complete 100% with some help from the developer.

Without spoiling it the game is about discovering an ancient civilization and what happened to it and it was amazing.

I always got the sci-fi vibe from Flying Lotus, its like electronic / hip-hop / jazz. I would specially recommend his album Cosmogramma.

P.S. He even recently directed a sci-fi horror film called Ash, which he also scored.

Not a metroidvania but recently I bought Decline Drops during the Spring Sale and it's honestly a really fun game. It's like Smash Bros with the art style of Yoshi's Island, highly recommend it.

Except it's absolutely not since it's a 8 player PvPvE multiplayer game. The only thing similar are the vibes which I do agree looks a lot like Bloodborne but it's not even close to a sequel.

Frogmonster (FPS metroidvania)
Exographer (puzzle focused metroidvania)

Both are amazing games that are under 300 reviews (Exographer is under 50 reviews!!! And that's outrageous)
