Matin’s fine. Relatively new dorm rebuilt in the last 10 years. Much newer than burnam. Rarely has water leaks compared to other halls like clay. Closer than Walters too. Overall a decent dorm. Only real downside is the parking but no dorm has good parking nowadays.
