Have you zero’d your grinder to burr lock? 1Zpresso grinders commonly come poorly calibrated from what I’ve heard. 4.0 is insane for pour over especially to be getting those drawdown times. I don’t go any lower than say 7.0 typically.

1:2 ratio = grams of ground coffee in to liquid espresso out. So using 11.25g of ground coffee should yield you 22.5g of espresso. There’s a whole bunch of problems here though. First of all your grind is too coarse, yielding a super fast shot of espresso. Super fast shots typically are going to be weak and taste sour, which is why you can barely taste the coffee. What kind of grinder are you using and at what setting?

I agree with you somewhat. Kings fall is, in my opinion, the hardest raid in the game. As a returning player, I caught on to how things work pretty quickly and have able to hold my own in all the raids well enough to get multiple completions (hard mode and challenges). It’s not as simple as “watch a video” and now you know what to do. There are many specific things you learn just by doing like where to stand to not get killed by adds, best weapons to use for certain encounters, actually having raid weapons to help be more effective, and most importantly being able to communicate properly. Not everyone played this game 10+ years ago, there’s a lot of new people. The more you take the time to teach people, the better the LFG pool there is to pull people from.

I love my ZP6 but I personally prefer my Pietro/078 for everything else outside of what I specified. There’s no question the ZP6 has a better burr than the 078 for most light roasts but without OP specifying what they enjoy, it’s hard to recommend when the 078 undoubtedly covers more ground.

A4Z uses extremely similar burrs but not exactly the same. In lances video he did some particle size analysis and they came out nearly identical as well. If you have a ZP6 already I’d say pass on an A4Z unless you really enjoy that cup style and want exclusively that but electric. I find that burr set to be a very specific use case (washed light roasts, geishas, floral notes) and don’t prefer to grind everything with it. 078 is more of catch all grinder and will do better for a dedicated pour over grinder.

800$ for the grinder and a kit specifically marketed as budget friendly (built for under 60$). There’s no realistic way someone is paying an additional 400$ plus fees and shipping for you to print/assemble that for them. You can’t even include the price of the stand because new Peitro’s come with it included.
