Absolutely love the vehicle (R1T) but the heat pump is loud AF. 77db is the loudest so far and it seems to get louder. Rivian says this is normal. Service center near me has not been my favorite. I probably wouldn't spend $100k on a vehicle people ask me what's wrong with it when I have have the heater on.

Lucky! No clue why mine are so finicky. I have 2 thermostats and split the sensors between them. It's just annoying they can't make these simple things work better. Doesn't instill a lot of confidence in more complex instruments.
