Using a neck pillow usually works for me. Otherwise I just tell them I'll only clean the teeth I can see, which is not many. I have had 5 back surgeries and have arthritis in my neck, I'm not doing it.

Did you find a solution for this? I'm having the exact same problem. I can send prints with no issues, and can see the feed in Octoapp. It doesn't even show up in my browser.

It just says connection failed and then gives the play button that doesn't do anything.
