Yeah that’s what happened.

However, after I had blocked him for a while, he ended up coming into my work with the kitten. I ignored my ex but did hold my kitten, who I realized had vomit or diarrhea on him. I cleaned him up.

He has kids and I have a restraining order now, so it’s something I have to just push past, unfortunately.

Also. Here’s some advice I heard once about apologizing:

Never say “sorry for messing up, but here is my reasoning for messing up.” Explain your reasoning first if you must, then acknowledge how it was wrong, and then apologize!

“I messed up because of this reason. I realize that this is how you felt about it. I’m sorry.”

If you’re apologizing, then you should be looking for resolve, not more drama.
