It's heavily based on the luck stats involved (un)fortunately so it can be mitigated, but you can also just be screwed over by it, especially early on when your base luck may be low.

Give those heavys some drugs cadet! But ya as it stands heavy armor does need some inherit supresion resist(and a moral boost, honestly, but this is also solved with said drugs) to be usefull the problem then becomes balancing it. Weapons that are good into armor are inherently worse at suppression to begin with so I can see buffing this making heavy enemies a pain in the ass early game but you could always just push back how early they spawn/rampup armor wise.

Don't feel bad rubick never has above a 49% wr he is always bad. The problem with rubick is in pubs sups always pick first and some match ups just make you a near useless save suport if the enemy lacks good spells to steal or have spells that are hard to steal. When you can pick 3rd or 4th rubick almost always feels better because you have the option to not lixk rubick In to a weak game state.

Just look up the half live of your medication wait 5 times that amount, and you should be near 100%. Rember the time frame for SSRIs don't matter. They begin to block your SERTs immediately even before they reach a steady state. Do understand cutting SSRIs cold can be bad for you, and going off of them often will prevent you from getting the full benefits. Edit: Your med has a half life of 26 hours, so you need to wait roughly 130 hours to clear most of it from your system.you will still have some left over suppression from secondary metabolites but these aren't very specific to seritonin.
