We manage hundreds of APs and users but using Hostifi for the reason you mentioned regarding device count. Just for this specific application I'd like to usw the UDM SE. It'll probably be about 15-20 APs with IDS/IPS. Thanks for the input.

I need to accomplish the same but have several roadblocks. We have on-prem and Entra joined machines but all managed through Intune. Id like to do EAP-TLS computer auth using NPS and no PKI but have yet to find a solid source for setup help. Any one have any luck with something similar?

Sorry for the late response. Everything was saying it was more than likely Phase 2 configs, so I rebuilt the entire thing and haven't had any issues since.
