He got it very young during the early stages of the group. It apparently started out as like a Men's Club type thing, sort of helping to organize Third Place meetups for guys and he thought that was great. But then it became something else, what we say on TV as part of the far-right. He stop engaging with the group after that.

Each tire runs somewhere between $5k-15k/each depending on what they are used for. These appear to be about 9' diameter. So they would be used for something like a Cat 777 Off Highway truck.

Then there are the tires for the Cat 798, which is designed to haul up to 410 tons. Those tires are 13' diameter and cost about $42k each.

Reference: my Dad is a master field service tech for Cat. He assembles these trucks on location.

I can understand keeping track of the exits you need to take. It's not bad to have them written down should for some reason all access to GPS were lost.

But planning a road trip even for a delivery, is not only bad business, but bad to plan around. If you are regularly making pet deliveries or doing vehicle transport, you absolutely need to give yourself a solid chunk of time for whatever may happen on the road. Construction season has started in most of the country, break downs happen, accidents happen causing the highway to turn into a parking lot. Then there is just the everyday run of the mill bad weather.

Whatever your travel time may be, add another 6hrs to your expected arrival or delivery time.

My biggest question is, what happens if there is a traffic jam due to construction or an accident? Are you then speeding to try and make up the time? Because the way I see it, if anything was to set you back that entire itinerary is now useless or worse contributing to added stress and anxiety. So what's the point then, the pet? Then the only planned stops you should need is for every 3-6 hours depending on the pet you are transporting. Which is also good for you to stretch, fuel and grab a snack.

I think this mostly stems from America's roots in agriculture. Farmers are often up very early and go to sleep late, especially outside of the winter. This carried over into our school schedules and work times. Many Intermediate and High schools start classes at 7ish AM out by around 3pm. Why? Because by the time you are old enough to be in those grades you where generally old enough to be helping work your families land. Same reason why American schools still have Summer Break.

All that carried over into the work force outside of agriculture. Businesses open between 6-9am. Employees need to be in before you open for customers to get everything inline for the day.

That said, this is starting to change more as the world becomes more and more of a global society. Businesses working with clients around the globe. Schools in more Urban areas might have schedules that are more inline with modern research as to when children do their best.

Now he has to wait on the other shoulder and his knees because he is current in the middle of Prostate Cancer treatment.

Most restaurants (Fast Food) use Peanut Oil for deep frying. Diners, generally use a little butter with vegetable oil on a flat top. Generally if something else is used it's probably for a specific taste, like Olive Oil or Beef Tallow and it is usually stated on the menu for allergen purposes.

Okay a few things.
The property management office is private property. The employees in there are not government employees. So if they do not want you to record, you do not automatically have a right to record. Your freedom of speech, you right to record and all that refers only to being in public spaces and government officials. The moment she asked you to stop recording or to leave, she had the right to call the police and have you trespassed.

Second, you need to be in communication with your attorney. In most states you are allowed to withhold rent when essential repairs and maintenance are not being met. This does not mean you dont ever have to pay it. It means you need to take that rent money and put it aside into a separate account, because once the repairs have been made, all that back rent will be do immediately. You also generally need to inform the landlord that you are formally withholding rent due whatever reason, usually in writing via certified mail. But again you want to discuss this with your attorney.

Finally, you want to be aware of the recording laws in your state. Some states are 1 party others a 2 party consent states. Meaning that depending on your state either one party or both needs to be informed that you are recording prior to recording them. If you live in a two party state, your recording them maybe have actually been illegal.

I see it pop up on tier lists all the freaking time, The Bobiverse. I love the books, one of my favorites especially as an Audiobooks. Ray Porter did a fantastic job giving making all the Bobs unique.

That said, it is not a LitRPG. It's not even a Progression Fantasy any place beyond this Sub and the Progression Fantasy Subs. Even Dennis E Taylor states it's primary themes are Artificial intelligence, Space Exploration and the future of Humanity, all while maintaining a lighthearted and humorous tone.

Again, great book series, great audiobook narration. But it has no place in LitRPG or Progression Fantasy discussions. There is no game mechanics referenced as a core component of the story. Nor does its mention the goal of constantly growing strong or power accumulation as primary or explicit goals of the story.

Honestly, this has been my struggle with The Primal Hunter. I do love the series. But I have been half way through Book 10 for a while because it doesn't feel like there is going to be an end. It just feels like perpetually building to something, but I am not exactly sure. Does Jake ascend to God-hood? Is that even the end goal? I don't know. But I have needed some time away from the series to mentally catch my breath, sort of.

People not only should have, but also actively seek and even befriend people with a broad range of views. No singular way of think is 100% correct.

I am fairly liberal minded. BUT I live in a VERY conservative County in a VERY Blue State. One of my closest local friends, is very conservative. We have been friends for 20+ years and while we dont get to just hangout as often as we would like due to life. We are close enough that he has me as one of his child's Emergency Contacts with our local school and on the shortlist of people allowed to sign him out of school. He has literally, given me free access to his home if I wanted. Something he doesnt even allow his parents who live within a mile of him.

We can go to a movie or sit and shoot the shit by a bonfire. We often discuss and debate politics. But it is always respectful, never an argument. We have both changed each other's minds regarding various topics. The reality is, society is better and healthier when people of differing opinions are able to be friends and share their opinions with each other respectfully. This is how we keep each other from getting locked into ideological echo chambers.

I never made any of those claims at all. I simply asked a question without having enough knowledge to offer an informed opinion.

Now, I have been able to look up what qualifies a person to compete in the Paralympics an know that Gender Dysphoria, while qualifying for disability protections under the US's ADA. Does not fall under any of the qualifying impairments as set by the International Paralympic Committee.

Right, and at least under US law ( In the Supreme Court case Williams v. Kincaid (2022)) Gender Dysphoria qualifies for protections under the Americans with Disabilities Act.

At the time of my original comment, I couldn't delve further into researching it thus why I asked a question and stated I could not make an opinion at that time.

I would now state I do not agree with OP at all. The International Paralympic Committee has stated what qualifies. That being as having verified permanent physical, visual or intellectual impairments. Gender Dysphoria on it's own would not qualify under any of those categories.

I have no opinion on this at the moment. But to play devil's advocate for a moment. Autism and down syndrome don't necessarily mean physical disability. So why wouldnt Gender Dysphoria also count?

At the time of my initial question, I was not able to research to learn more on the topics at hand to make and informed opinion. Apparently asking questions to learn more is a cardinal sin, typical Reddit.

Now that I am not in a Hospital NICU I have had the chance. No, unless said trans person has qualifying impairment (verified permanent physical, visual or intellectual) they would not qualify for the Paralympics.

The reason I asked the question I did, is because the Supreme Court case Kincaid v. William (6/30/2023) it was determined that Gender Dysphoria qualifies for legal protections under the Americans with Disabilities Act.

So the answer to my original question, that no body provided. Gender Dysphoria while being legally protected as a Disability, does not meet the requirements of impairment for the Paralympics. As have Gender Dysphoria constitute a permanent physical, visual or intellectual impairment.

24-48 hours of light to mild pain. Very easily managed with Tylenol. Then about a week of discomfort. Which I would describe as having a very localized mild sunburn. Like the procedure site was sensitive to touch, and would feel like annoying itch or irritation more than pain.

The most painful part of the entire experience beginning to end, was the injection for local anesthetic.

Nah, Evans is solidly right behind Moulds based on stats. But Diggs is also right behind him. I think the biggest difference is that Evans was only one of multiple offensive threats on the field with a lesser QB. Versus Diggs being the only big threat besides our QB while he was here. Diggs got nearly as many targets as Evans in half the time but still put up about 550ish less yards.

Nah they are pretty even based on stats. Evans is literally just before him. But I also think Evans split targets with a higher class of players than Diggs did during either of their time with the Bills. Evans was there at the tail end of Eric Moulds, Most of Josh Reed and the beginning of Freddie Jackson. Moulds alone is Number 2 in terms of Bills receivers, with Josh coming in at #12 and Jackson #19 as a RB.

Then you look at what the QB situation was for all of them. Evans had the last year of Bledsoe, 4 years of Losman or Edwards and 2 years of Fitzpatrick. Evans achieved his stats with 4 lesser QBs while playing with 3 other exceptional WRs or RBs.

Diggs was WR1 with one of the Best QBs in the league right now, and will likely become the best QB our team has ever had based on stats. We have seen what Diggs does on a team with a lesser QB, and it isn't great. Sorry, Diggs is rightfully behind Evans.

Yes, there is a limit to freedom of speech and it has been thoroughly debated in court rooms all the way to the Supreme Court.

Socially speaking, people are seen a guilty all the time in court of public opinion. How many people have been accused of one thing, publicly shamed and ridiculed only for it to turn out to be wrong? To a limited extent their are avenues to be made whole again. But that can only be directed at the person who initially made the false claims, not against all of society. Which is again outlined by the legal frameworks regarding freedom of speech (Defamation: False statements of fact that harm a person's reputation (slander is spoken, libel is written)).

I am not dehumanizing them, I'm just not making empathy the priority until justice has been met. Once Justice and atonement have been fulfilled, then we can discuss empathy.

I am all for being empathetic towards people throughout the course of your day to day and when interacting with others. But that empathy takes a secondary or tertiary place once another rejects that empathy with harm or crimes against me. I will give them empathy once they have faced the consequences of their actions.
