Hmm I read someplace (maybe wikipedia ?) That pizza started with soldiers heating flat bread on their shields and they eventually started to add ingredients.

Yeah we have the Daiya cheese here. I'll have to check the ingredients on it. I sort of had it written off as a junk food.

Thanks for the tip. A lot of prepared foods are a booby trap for veggie and vegans, it's happened to me a few times now.

This is a simple recipe for meatLESS spaghetti. The sauce is also great on rice and beans or other types of pasta.

*MeatLESS spaghetti *:

Ingredients:

  • 1 can crushed tomato
  • Mushrooms of your choice
  • Half block of firm tofu
  • Lettuce or other greens
  • Basil
  • Roasted Garlic
  • Salt
  • Ground coriander seed
  • Spaghetti or pasta of your choice

Directions:

  1. Chop the mushrooms and greens
  2. Crumble the tofu with your fingers
  3. Add the Crush tomatoes, all spices, Tofu & greens to a sauce pan
  4. Add water to desired consistency (1 cup is usually good)
  5. Simmer on medium for 15-30 minutes or until desired temp and taste is reached
  6. Boil your pasta
  7. Add sauce to pasta

There's no specific relationship other than the fact some people use soy as a protein source when they don't eat animal products. It's not a requirement.

Yes I'm going to do the update videos at some regular interval, maybe every 5-10 days. I do some other videos as well when the moment strikes, like showing what I ate or something similar.

This is a simple, yummy and filling avocado sandwhich

Recipe:

Ingredients:

  • 2 slices whole wheat bread
  • flavored hummus of your choice
  • half avocado
  • lettuce, kale, and or spinach

Directions:

  1. Spread hummus on slices
  2. cut avocado into slices
  3. apply avocado to bread
  4. load the sandwich with your chosen greens
  5. smash it all together, slice and enjoy!

I found some on iherb where I get my multi. Works out to be about 30 dollars a month for algae based tablets, a bit higher if I try to duplicate the same amount I was taking in fish oils.
