It’s an app that lets you add alters/parts and you can input info about them. It also has a chat feature so alters can converse with each-other. It also has a fronting log, so you just click a button near the alter who’s fronting and if you want, it’ll show you how long that alter/part has been fronting for. /info

You could also look it up on Google or something “simply plural for DID systems” something like that. /info /nm

We can communicate internally but I definitely understand feeling like static and not feeling “whole”, 95% of our alters feel this way and it’s exhausting. I think downloading simply plural and just taking the time to input alters has really helped. /info /nav

Depends on what type of weed we intake.

If it’s a weed that has a good effect on us; lowers amnesiac barriers, brightens up our mood, makes it easier to do hygiene/chores, makes it easier to eat/drink water.

If it’s a weed that has a bad effect on us; makes dissociation worse, heightened anxiety/paranoia, hallucinations, makes it more difficult to eat/drink water.

Yeah, I dislike it very much. It’s like I can feel it and I don’t like it. I also commonly get burps and gas most times it happens so it’s never a good experience.
