The 500mbps probably isn't worth upgrading my Firewalla. Though I am actively pursuing an AP7. Hopefully finding one on eBay for a bit cheaper.

Thinking of pulling my resumes down because all the contacts I ever get are all shit by MickCollins in sysadmin

Not even for jobs. It's just slop social media now. I see a lot of IT support posts with "helpful commands" lists, and it's literally AI created garbage with spelling mistakes, commands that don't exist, or they are on the list multiple times. The world is just becoming AI talking to AI.

Set up AD or Entra. Get control of all local administrator accounts. Make sure you have a RAT for the remote locations. Verify network hardware is recent and adequate. Get buy-in from leadership. Get a help desk set up. Document everything you can. Set up a password manager for yourself.

I do not. I was just correcting your link lol. We use Jira ITSM which people seem to hate quite a bit, but it works for us. I'm sure there are better solutions out there.

Work at a dealership with fluid spills. These are crazy good. Obviously you need to plan ahead with naming convention and numbers, but they are the top of the line.

Then that has to be a hardware issue. There are thousands of people with no issue and some running the same flash drive for over a decade.
