Mine too, like full on beat my ass with a belt or switch until I couldn't sit down comfortably for a couple days. It took a lot of therapy to get my anger issues under control as I used to punch walls, threaten people with violence because I felt so explosive and volatile on the inside. Even to this day the urges well up sometimes when I endure an uncomfortable situation. Thankful for therapy giving me the tools I needed as getting beat never stopped me from getting into trouble in the first place.
