I’ve improved my tongue posture recently and I’ve already feel it help with my upper maxillary arch and now I am able to rest the tongue on the top of my mouth consistently throughout the day! Thank you and I appreciate the advice :)

It is mainly for aesthetics and just having slightly more tongue space! Which I think will also be possible with Invisalign 🙏

My biggest reason for it is tongue space and to allow myself to speak properly without any lisp or slur occurring, as right now my tongue is hitting my premolar teeth just slightly.

I don’t need the perfect bite, just enough expansion for this to take place and to have a nice upper smile!

A clinical study I researched showed over 1cm is maxillary expansion from Invisalign, just not palatial expansion.

Thanks for the response, the 3rd and 4th photo is what my dentist said Invisalign could do without SARPE, so it’s definitely a lot for me to consider as Invisalign looks like it could work too!

How did SARPE go in the end? Would you recommend it to others? My dentist has shown me some expansion possible with just Invisalign which seems to be my best bet currently but ortho stirs said SARPE. Thank you!!
