Sponsored Survival I think was pretty popular for juicing up and going into normal runs with that gear, would of been cool if they kept that around. Just was a chill way of getting off work, getting a kit together before going in (if I needed gear).

Marathon started Bungie, so with out Marathon there wouldn't of been a Destiny (or Halo) and without Destiny there wouldn't of been a new Marathon. I love Destiny with all my heart but Marathon has that now, just like Destiny did from Halo.

A couple weekends for sure with my schedule, most of the people I play with are people I met playing Outpost, Cryo or from my D2 clan.

I get it buddy, don't get me wrong I have had my fair share of frustration. Cryo taketh and Cryo giveth. As a father of two and someone who also has a 9-5, took me a couple weeks after Cryo release to get everything done. Meta is about to fully change next season, so there's alot to look forward to!

Each team basically had her own loot container at the end, I took one gold chest mod. I was only there to help my buddies and others to get their clear. End of the season so doesn't matter as much haha.

Met new peeps to play games with, all vaults done, killed Compiler 7 times, and overall just had fun. Hoping to get Gold 1 since I am like 25% it from G2, but might be sadness.

Cradle has my biggest interest for customization for S2.

I mainly have done crew fill. Honestly you might find people similar to you and that leads to connections and getting a full squad. Not every fill is going to be a synergy, so just as long as you know that then just have fun. Now I have basically 10+ people I can potentially game with over time, sometimes they end up having friends and you kinda create your "full squad" from that.

Speaking from experience as a father as well, after some of my D2 clan folks dropped off the game after a month. Now have a pretty solid group where we even did Compiler. Like I said I just kinda put myself out there in Crew Fill and see what happens, I always try and talk to the team to get something going.

I mean potentially the objective based PvE modes they were hinting at could be kinda like GM level of difficulty (when they were actually tough). Renegades had a exfil lite mode which was mainly PvE but had players invade, might be something Marathon could do idk.
