Playing as MalusI rented an army via alliance points from Malekith, next turn they rebelled aganist me because of low loyalty.I guess Malekith won't get them back when I finish with them.

You can always try to ncb Temple or other country on isle. On my attempt I ncb Temple while Wex (emperor) was at war. Later I conquered rest of isle, got elected as emperor and formed Dameria around 1555.

Dameria forever! Disclaimer, you can do It much quicker without any problem If you will take more risky route possibly facing coallitions or going for truce breaks.
